Payment Policy

This policy applies to purchases from mannabrew.co.nz, operated by Marula Distributions Limited, trading as MannaBrew NZ.

Accepted payment methods

We accept the following cards for online purchases:

• Visa
  
• Mastercard
  
• American Express
  
• UnionPay
  

Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available on supported devices and browsers.

JCB is not accepted online. Shopify’s checkout may display a JCB logo, but Shopify Support has confirmed that JCB transactions cannot be processed for our New Zealand online store. Please use one of the accepted methods listed above.

Currency and charges

All prices and shipping charges are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Marula Distributions Limited is not currently registered for GST. No GST is charged, and we cannot issue a GST invoice.

Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment card number. Please do not send card details by email.

Pre-order payments

When pre-orders are offered, the payment arrangements will be explained before you place your order. Depending on the offer, we may collect full or partial payment at checkout, or securely save your payment method through Shopify for payment when stock arrives.

If payment will be collected later, we will tell you the amount and email you before charging it. See our Cancellation Policy.

Payment problems

If your payment is declined, check your payment details or contact your bank or card provider. You can also try another accepted payment method.

If you are unsure whether an order or payment went through, email contact@mannabrew.co.nz before placing the order again. Do not include your full card number or security code.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation requests are handled under our Cancellation Policy. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the funds.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
